Subscriber Support Policy
Our goal is to maintain a very high level of subscriber support. To this end, the priorities are:
- 1 - Problems and bug reports responded to immediately.
- 2 - Questions/suggestions from subscribers will be responded to ASAP.
- 3 - Questions/suggestions from other nice folks will be responded to as we have time.
- 4 - Jokes stolen, if good. If bad, e-mailed to assorted government bureaucrats.
The databases will be updated every couple of months, at a minimum. To do so more frequently gains little for you, because it is only trading ideas that have just "expired" for the current year that will in fact be updated.
We are constantly exploring different types of time-based and seasonal analyses. When a particular type of analysis proves out to be a promising tool for our subscribers, we will add this analysis to Time & Timing as quickly as we can, at no additional charge of course!
